Hi friends! 💛 I’m looking for a Part-Time Dog Walker/Pet Sitter to join my small, dedicated team!
Two of our wonderful long-time team members are graduating and heading off to new adventures (we’re so proud… and so sad!). That means we’re hoping to bring on 1–2 new walkers/sitters.

This role is super flexible — usually 1–2 walks a day — and perfect for students, WFH folks, or anyone wanting a fun, rewarding side job.

HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY MAPLE! 🥳🧁🎉 Thank you to all our sweet friends for celebrating Maple this week!💕 I can’t believe my little energizer bunny is 4 years old. The last year was difficult for her as she was diagnosed with DCM, a heart murmur, and arrhythmia. But if you know Maple, she is one tough cookie! She is vivacious and has such a zest for life! I can’t wait for another year of mayhem with my little sidekick. We love you, happy birthday Maple! 🥳❤️

💌 Postcard from Cape Charles, VA

We took a day trip to Cape Charles and had to give a shout-out to the incredible locals. Our journey started off a bit rough, Maple had major car anxiety, my car’s AC decided to quit in 90 degree heat, AND I ended up losing my phone only an hour into our visit. However, we were met with such kindness and helpfulness from the locals in the town who were so willing to assist!

I have to give a special shout-out to the following businesses. You truly turned our trip into a more enjoyable experience - kindness matters more than you know! 🫶🏻

@local_ish_art Who recovered my phone and had a FB post up within minutes hoping to find the owner. Thank you - y’all saved the day!

@coastalbakingco The lovely gentleman behind the counter was such comedic relief and provided us helpful directions to a shaded area so my car wasn’t cooking in the heat without AC!

@focusopticalandpetboutique The kind owner provided us water bottles for the dogs in the heat and also was willing to assist in the search of my phone. She also had the cutest pet items - we got Honey + Maple bandanas here!

All in all, we loved our visit to Cape Charles and Honey + Maple had so much fun sprinting around in the water. We appreciate everyone for making our experience enjoyable on a stressful day!🤎🐶🐾

We’ll kick off our walk at Linwood Holton Elementary, ending our walk with a pit stop at Stir Crazy☕️, before heading back to LH Elementary (where you parked). A map is attached on the slides for reference!

🔹 Total Distance: ~1 mile

RULES‼️:

✅ Respect Space: Not all dogs are comfortable with close interactions. Ask before approaching or allowing dogs to greet each other.
✅ Leash Requirement: All dogs must remain on a secure leash (no retractable leashes) at all times.
✅ No On-Leash Greetings (Unless Approved): Some dogs may feel uncomfortable or reactive on a leash. Keep a safe distance unless both owners agree on a greeting.
✅ Pick Up After Your Pup: Bring poop bags and dispose of waste properly.
✅ Stay Aware: Keep your dog focused and under control—avoid letting them lunge at people, dogs, or distractions.
✅ Know Your Dog: If your dog has a history of aggression or anxiety in group settings, consider if this environment is right for them.
✅ Follow the Route: Stick with the group to ensure safety.

- I received my love of animals from my mommom- all of her dogs have Irish-inspired names ☘️ (Erin, Molly, and Shannon) and she has a dream of owning a farm to create a home for shelter pups!
- I am a HUGE fan of Severance 🧪
- I also love to do arts and crafts in my free time (like watercolor)🎨

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in neuroscience🧠 and am currently pursuing my doctorate in clinical psychology at VCU!
